Anish Kumar provides UX/UI design, product design, prototyping, visual design, consulting, and related creative services.
Service scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined in written proposals, agreements, or project briefs.
Any changes or additions to the scope must be approved in writing.
I reserve the right to refuse or terminate a project in accordance with these Terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project execution.
Respond promptly to communication, approvals, and feedback.
Ensure all submitted materials (text, images, assets) do not infringe on any third-party rights.
Delays in providing required information may affect project deadlines.
4. Payment Terms
Fees for services will be stated in the proposal or contract for each project.
Payments are due as specified in the agreement. Late payments may result in additional charges or temporary suspension of services.
Depending on the project, deposits, milestones, or full advance payments may be required before work begins.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, concepts, designs, and creative work produced by Anish Kumar remain my property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for their intended purpose.
Clients retain rights to any materials or content they provide for the project.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private, including:
business data, creative assets, project details, strategies, and personal information shared during the engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Anish Kumar is not responsible for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project use or implementation.
Exact performance results (e.g., user engagement, conversions), as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.
While I strive to provide high-quality design work, no guarantee of specific results is offered.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
The client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate a project due to non-payment, breach of terms, inappropriate conduct, or illegal activity.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (or your preferred jurisdiction).
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Clients are encouraged to review the Terms regularly.
